arising from its display or use. All information is provided on an as-is basis and all information has been proven to
the limit possible in this matter.   Parties and entities referred to in this website may have other opinions that
disagree with opinions posted on this site.  However, since no forthcoming corroboration of any information on this
site has been received at any time from any of the parties associated with the church, it is our understanding that the
opinions stated here are in fact valid since there has been no challenge.

All parties are invited to disagree and therefore enter into a compromise re the conclusions drawn from the facts of
the situations noted herein.

Terms, titles, references to acts or procedures, or characterizations of acts committed by any party are used with
precise meaning and exact application to the situations noted.  Definitions of terms such as: Backstabb, wrongfull
termination, blindsided, inappropriate, lack of specific qualities or skills are used in a precise usage as related to this
topic and the details therein.

In respect to evidence that confirms opinions consists of the following:  Email exchanges, direct sworn evidence,
documents, specific persons and their testimony, and analysis and compilation of groups of data, periods of time and
behaviour typification's catalogued in classifications and categories from the period of 2004-2010, are available in
electronic or physical form for review.

Also this website purpose is for the documentation of a set of circumstances whereby it could be alleged that harm in
various forms i.e. mental, financial, damage to reputation, wrongful termination and loss of professional status, did
occur to Mr. Pessarra, at the hands of St. Matthew Lutheran and their principals.

It is our position that since no spokesman from St. Matthew Lutheran made any response to allegations on this
website, that they have no intentions to do so because: 1. The allegations are in fact true  2. Do not wish to contend
with these allegations because of additional activity that would spill over into members of the organization 3. Because
the allegations are in fact true and they are willing to accept the cost in creating the situation.

We make no statement that is defamatory or so to tend to injure the other party's reputations and expose them to
public hatred, contempt, ridicule, or degradation, even though the church in our opinion, has caused exposure of the
above injuries and therefore harm to Mr. Pessarra as a result of their procedures and actions.

We have taken pains to make sure that any statement we make has had due care so that it is known that the
statement was true.

The First Amendment protects statements of opinion, as distinct from statements of fact, against claims of
defamation. We have made our statements directed to public concern: Statements are expressed in a manner that
are not provably true or false unless specific criteria are attached.   In addition we make statements that cannot be
reasonably interpreted as intended to convey actual facts about a person.

Due Diligence…Investigation of the Facts…and even basic investigations preface any statements. Publishing
material as “fact” without doing any investigation by itself might amount to reckless disregard for the truth, thus
we  do enough to satisfy ourselves that any facts alleged are probably true in our reasonable judgment.
We therefore retain records of our investigation and also document the facts and procedures of the investigation.

The main way of doing that is to preserve the notes, records, and other material related to our investigation and
retain these records until statute of limitations runs out. It is always our concern to confirm the identity of the
subject of our article. We claim a good faith effort to determine the truth of all allegations and statements, however
the  church will not respond.

WE DO NOT REPORT that any official is “dishonest” without qualification.  Even though that might be a reasonable
conclusion based on the facts, it is not a fact itself.
